Filip Rogošić, Director of the Port of Split, took over the leadership of the company at the end of 2020 with the aim of modernizing and improving its business.

He graduated in management from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and has more than fifteen years of experience in the maritime industry.

Using the acquired knowledge and extensive experience, he dedicated himself to improving business processes, implementing innovative technologies, and developing and modernizing the port infrastructure of the Port of Split. The results of his mission are reflected in the excellent business results of the Port of Split, which is breaking previous records in the volume of cargo transhipment.

Precisely because of his strategy of stimulating sustainable economic growth, providing high-quality port services, and improving the transport connectivity of the region, he is a regular participant in thematic panels, especially on the topics of developing the southern part of Croatia through transport connectivity.

His efforts to make the Port of Split and other Dalmatian ports competitors in the European and global markets have not gone unnoticed, and since 2022 he has been the President of the Association of Ports, Shipping Companies and Maritime Agencies at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
