Ivica Pintur, born on November 4, 1988 in Zadar. In 2013, he received his Master's degree in Law from the University Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Law in Split.

From 2013 to 2018, he was employed in the City of Benkovac as a Senior Expert Associate for Property Legal Affairs, from 2018 to 2022, Head of the Department of the Zadar County Emergency Medicine Administration, and from 2022, Director of the Agency for Rural Development of Zadar County AGRRA.
