Born in 1978., Dubrovnik, Croatia. Graduated on University of Dubrovnik in 2001. and obtained the title of mag.ing. admin.nav.

Employed in Dubrovnik-Neretva County since 2003. For the past 15 years, he has been the Head of administrative departments in the field of maritime affairs, tourism, economy, entrepreneurship, agriculture and energy. He is currently the Head of Department for tourism, entrepreneurship and maritime affairs Dubrovnik-Neretva County. He is also a member of the Maritime Affairs Council appointed by the Government of Republic of Croatia, a member of the Working Group for the Drafting of the Law on Maritime Affairs and Seaports, President of the Maritime Affairs Working Group of the Croatian Association of Counties, a member of the Council of the international scientific journal "Naše more" and numerous other operational working groups, committees and expert bodies within his field of activity.

In his free time, he enjoys music and sports.
