Kristijan Pavić, dipl. ing. (graduate engineer), has graduated Maritime Management in 2000. at the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Dubrovnik.

Since 2000. he has been working on the Carnival cruise !ine (in Miami), as ChiefElectronics Officer.
In 2006. he was appointed Director of the County Port Authority of Dubrovnik. In 2010. he was set as Director of the Port Authority of Dubrovnik and in 2012. he became Assistant Director of the Port Authority of Dubrovnik, the function which he held until being appointed CEO of Adriatic Croatia International Club d.d. in August 2016. He is currently volunteering as the President of the Board of Directors of Port Authority of Dubrovnik.

2011. - 2016. he was a member of the Steering Committee of the Association MedCruise, where he was responsible of finances. 2016.- 2017. he was appointed President of the MedCruise Association whilst now he isa Honorary President of the MedCruise Association.

During his career he conducted more development projects including the project of construction of Pier 14 in the port of Dubrovnik (9 million EUR worth investment) as well as project of reconstruction and construction of ACI Marina Rovinj (20 milllion EUR worth investment). The greatest project is most definitely the construction of the future ACI marina Rijeka, the largest investment in nautical tourism in Croatia so far, estimated worth around 48.5 million EUR. 23rd marina in ACI marinas chain will be built in the upcoming years by the company ACI-Gitone Ltd.

As guest lecturer he participated at many conferences, among which are also the 3rd International Congress on Mediterranean Trade and Port Cities (in Turkey), Adriatic Sea Forum in Trieste and Dubrovnik, Costa Brava Cruising Symposium in Spain, 2nd UNWTO Conference on Destination Management in Montenegro, International Conference "Restarting of the touristic sector in the Adriatic area which included eight mari time cities on both sides of the Adriatic ( Ancona, Ravenna, Venice, Trieste, Rijeka, Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik). He was also the key speaker at a number of conferences in Croatia and in the region.
