Renata Glunčić, Senior Expert Associate for the Preparation and Implementation of EU Projects. Born in 1988, she holds a Master's degree in Mariculture Engineering and has been employed for over 10 years at the Regional Development Agency of Dubrovnik-Neretva County (DUNEA), working in the field of regional development.

Her portfolio of implemented projects includes a range of interregional and cross-border initiatives, from the revitalization of protected cultural heritage, preservation of underwater heritage, and promotion of thematic tourism through EU programs to the preparation and implementation of projects within national calls under operational programs.

As a biologist by profession, she is particularly focused on projects aimed at reducing marine waste and managing microplastics in the water column.
